Just lost mine yesterday! Had it since 1996 and until its loss, it served me 100% during my military career. Whoever finds it shall have gained a remarkable tool that works like as if it was fresh off the shelf. Looks like I shall have to buy a replacement as I'm lost without it. Even buying second hand shall be an investment.

Needed a compact needle-nose to walk the banks with. This is perfect due to one hand opening with a fish in other hand, All tools are solid, knife is super sharp, scissors are top notch, love it. Everything locks so it's safe. I just recommend this tool to friends looking for a gift for their son.

I've had this knife for probably 20 years. The excellent nylon sheath is wearing out, but the tool itself hardly looks or feels used at all. It's a perfect compromise between weight, toughness, and versatility. All the tools are very well designed. Lock-up is rock solid, even after twenty years.

I got this multi-tool when I was 10 and in the Boy Scouts. Now I'm 22 and the knife and scissors are still as sharp as they were when I first bought it. I love this thing and it really is built for life.

Been using it for over 10 years now, best one I've ever used. Always with me and used daily. Feel naked without it. Love the one handed opening and the grip with the tools on the inside is more comfortable than others. Worth it's weight in gold.

Like Paul and Jeremiah I have broken the blade and want it repaired. I have got the knife apart so how do I get hold of the replacement part without sending the knife on a journey of a life time. If you cannot make arrangement s to have them repaired in the UK you shouldn't sell them here.I resent having to buy a whole new multi tool. who really cares about the life time warranty. What is the liability of sending a blade it came over in the first place? The wire cutter could be made of sterner stuff. You obviously have a lot of blades that meet an early demise. I have had a few of these kind of knives and still use the one without the blade!!! With the continuous work it gets, the sheath has worn out . Is that in the warranty as well? Do the stars mean for service or for quality I'm rating it for ease of repair.

Like Paul said, I also snapped the knife blade off and was here poking around to find out about the lifetime warranty.

A fantastic Multi-Plier unfortunately I broke the blade. Is it true there is a life time warranty on it? My friend told me about this warranty, so I thought I'd find out firs hand.
Does it have a Life time warranty?

Bought mine 11 years ago before traveling to Africa. Didn't know it was top choice tool in Africa. Initiation was removing a wood parquet floor glued to concrete no other tool could get the glue off but the blade in my Gerber (a blend of 400 & 600). Blade

My father gave me this about 8-9 years ago. I use this quite often, and sometimes even for medium sized jobs. I had to get a new sheath for it a year or so go... but the tool itself is still working hard. Very tough, very durable very great piece of equip

I love this tool because it says what does ,and looks, feels.i only wish and suggest that the wire cutters will be a bit stronger like the Leatherman.Overall! i am a big fan of both tool brands, including sog, victorinox.I hope they'll be some changes with t
